The truth is, content is all about testing. Nobody knows exactly which video is going to blow up until you publish it. That's why we split test, A/B test, and double down on what's trending.
What to Test
Memes
quick, funny, relatable.
Storytelling
personal stories, client stories, lessons.
6-Second B-Roll
the easiest format. You take existing clips of yourself, add overlay text, and let the text do the heavy lifting. (I'll attach my SOP for this below).
How to Generate Ideas
Use ChatGPT
"Give me 20 content ideas about [topic]." Pick the best 5 → test them.
Analyze Performance
See what worked best → make more content on that same topic from new angles.
Study Trends
Go to your Instagram feed / Explore tab and look at what's trending. Use the rip off & duplicate method (make your version, not a copy).
Hooks = Virality
Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook Reels all reward scroll-stopping hooks.
The goal is to increase 3-second watch time.
Hooks that create fear or negativity perform insanely well.
Example: "Stop using hashtags." vs. "3 tips for growth." (The first one wins every time.)
"Stop using hashtags."
vs.
"3 tips for growth."
The first one wins every time.
Consistency is King
I proved this was duplicatable by creating a brand new instagram account and deploying these methods. Within 2 weeks I had over 400,000 views, daily comments and DM's asking for more info. So it works, and it's duplicatable.
Start Small
Start with 1 post a day.
Scale Up
Move up to 3 posts a day once you have a system.
400K
Views in 2 Weeks
Proven results from a brand new account
3
Posts Per Day
Target frequency for maximum impact
Batching = Efficiency
Don't make videos one at a time. Batch them.
Example Workflow
Every Tuesday from 8–10am, I block off time to create 21 Reels for the week.
This gives you freedom to focus on DMs and calls the rest of the week.
